Fenelon Properties are a fully bonded and Licenced Auctioneer and Estate Agency with the PSRA and are a full member of IPAV (Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers). The team at Fenelon Properties is led by managing director Rory Fenelon, who has lived in North Wicklow all his life. Rory Graduated from UCD with a Bachelor of Agricultural Science Degree (Honours) before gaining a qualification in Auctioneering and Estate Agency from the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers.
