Buyers Terms:
10% + VAT to Buyers on items up to €500
7.5% + VAT to Buyers on items from €501 - €5,000
5% + VAT to Buyers on items €5,001 and over

Sellers Terms:
10% + VAT to Sellers on items up to €500
7.5% + VAT to Sellers on items from €501 - €5,000
5% + VAT to Sellers on items €5,001 and over

Maximum capped commission fee of €1,000 to Seller & €1,000 to Buyer on all items.

All items sold as seen unless otherwise stated by the Auctioneers.
- All bidders are deemed to have satisfied themselves by inspection or otherwise as to the description, size or quantities of any lot.
- There is no VAT on any items unless otherwise stated. If VAT docket available the hammer price will include VAT.
- Some items maybe sold subject to owners consent if reserve price not reached.
- In the event of a dispute the Auctioneer reserves the right of settlement.
